Vengerberg is a ruin after the attack of several dragons. The Queen of Aedirn lies dead in the havoc. A mysterious black dragon is captured in the fiery exchange, all thanks to an uncanny collaboration between witchers, and taken to Dol Blathanna. The Emperor of Nilfgaard takes more and more controversial decisions as his mage hides cowardly in Cintra. Knowledge of the prince of Nilfgaard’s survival will brew the beginning of a Civil War. The vampires lie confused in the wake of a new gate opening. Gods themselves are challenged by the times.
There can be no avoidance, sides must be chosen.

Gridbreak is a narrative-driven Power Rangers roleplay inspired by the legacy of Angel Grove and the infinite reach of the Morphing Grid. Here, the line between light and shadow blurs — ancient energies awaken, the Grid fractures, and new Rangers rise in response to its call.

Set in a modern reimagining of Angel Grove, Gridbreak explores the lives of ordinary people caught in extraordinary circumstances. Some are students or scientists; others, wanderers and warriors drawn by the pulse of the Grid itself. Every thread, from quiet campus moments to interdimensional battles, helps shape the fate of the Morphing Multiverse.

We are a semi-public game, meaning registration is open but all new players must submit a short application or express interest through our community server before joining. This ensures story consistency and a welcoming environment for all participants. Whether you’re a Ranger, a civilian, a Guardian, or something darker entirely — there’s a place for your story within the fractures of the Grid.

Step into the current. Choose your path. The Grid is watching.

Penwick.ink is a 16+, volunteer-run, fully independent writing site in a fully original setting within the Harry Potter universe.

Play a student at Penwick, an original magical school setting in Wales, or perhaps a wizarding university student or adult, and follow your character through the years in the wizarding world.

Many RP platforms either lock you into rigid systems, have a community that seems hard to break into, or overwhelm players with complicated mechanics. Penwick was created out of a desire for a place for collaborative storytelling with minimal friction, fun and simple mechanics, a welcoming community, and enough worldbuilding to support deep storytelling without limiting it.

Penwick.ink offers:
– An original school, houses, and locations
– Flexible character progression
– Minimal friction systems
– A welcoming, low-pressure community for new and experienced writers alike

The magical world reels from the aftermath of a quiet rebellion. Former Hogwarts Headmaster Nicholas Halloway, once praised for his progressive ideals, now stands as a cautionary tale—a Muggleborn visionary turned extremist whose radical agenda nearly breached the Statute of Secrecy itself.

Over the past decade, Halloway infiltrated the highest levels of magical education, dismantling protective enchantments and preparing to welcome Muggle students into Hogwarts under the Ministry’s nose. With the conspiracy exposed just weeks before his plan came to fruition, arrests have followed swiftly. His allies in education and government are under scrutiny, and the wizarding public is divided—some appalled, others quietly sympathetic.

The Ministry is scrambling to reassert control. Investigations are ongoing. Ancient wards are being reforged, legislation reviewed, and security tightened across Britain’s magical institutions. Hogwarts, now under new leadership, remains under strict Ministry watch.

Trust is shaken. Loyalties are questioned. And as the dust settles, one thing is certain: the line between progress and rebellion has never felt thinner.

What we offer:
❇ 18+
❇ 3-3-3 Rating
❇ A chance to RP at Hogwarts
❇ Exciting time-period driven plots
❇ MyBB, custom built community

Hogwarts is not open yet, and will open on September 1, but until then you are more than welcome to sign up as a student, or an adult! The Wizarding World awaits!

Centuries ago, the lifeless world of Espiria was forever changed when a fallen goddess, Stellaris, descended from the cosmos. With her came the gift of magic—a force that breathed life into the planet and sparked the rise of magical girls, boys, witches, wizards, and wondrous creatures.

For a time, harmony reigned. But Stellaris also brought a warning: a deadly eclipse that would one day mark Espiria’s end.

In response, Starlight Academy was founded to train the gifted, to stand as a beacon of hope against the darkness she foresaw. But as generations passed, her prophecy faded into legend, and the academy became more about pageants and spellcraft than preparation.

Now, as a new school year begins, the halls are once again filled with laughter, friendships, rivalries—and the quiet hum of magic. But overhead, in the deep sky, the eclipse begins to stir.

The end is coming.
Will they remember who they are before it’s too late?
