Forum Roleplay recommends uploading the stylesheet to your web space and using the CSS @import to import the stylesheet — you only need to update the sheet once, and it reflects on all of your informational topics. Everything is controlled from one stylesheet, but if you put the stylesheet into multiple places, you’ll still have to update it multiple times!
